Brandeis Machinery & Supply Company, located in Louisville, Ky., recently announced the appointment of Cory Edwards as the company's used equipment manager upon the retirement of Ron Weir. Edwards comes to this position from within the company, having served as a sales representative at the Brandeis Paducah branch since 2005.

Edwards has relocated to the Louisville corporate office and will oversee used equipment for the eight Brandeis locations throughout Kentucky and Indiana. His primary responsibilities will include managing inventory, marketing and strategic planning for the sale of all used equipment.

Brandeis Machinery, a subsidiary of Bramco LLC, has been a distributor of construction and mining equipment since 1908. Headquartered in Louisville, Ky., Brandeis maintains five facilities in Louisville, Lexington, Corbin, Stanville and Paducah, Ky., and three facilities in Evansville, Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, Ind.
