Bursich Hires New Director of Business Development in Pa.

Bursich Associates Inc., a full-service civil engineering firm based in Pottstown, Pa., has hired Brian M. Fraley to succeed David S. Weissman as director of business development.

Fraley comes to Bursich with more than 14 years of experience in the communications area of the highway/heavy construction industry. He previously served as director of marketing and communications with the Associated Pennsylvania Constructors (APC), a statewide highway construction trade association.

Fraley’s primary goal will be to ensure the firm’s continued growth into the future. He has been tasked with business development and retention of existing clients, marketing, public relations, and assorted communications-related responsibilities.

“We are excited to have Brian onboard to reinforce relationships with our existing clients and also to further expand our presence in the market,” said Scott Exley, president of Bursich.

“His marketing and business development skills combined with his experience in the industry will surely prove to be essential in keeping Bursich a viable presence in the engineering market.”
