Carmolingo Appointed Trico Lift Executive Vice President

Chris Carmolingo has been appointed to executive vice president of Trico Lift.

Carmolingo has been with the company for more than 15 years, having managed nearly all areas of the equipment rental, retail sales and leasing functions of the business. He is credited for having established the company’s formal marketing and sales functions.

The new executive vice president is now responsible for all day-to-day operations, safety, marketing, and customer services connected to Trico Lift’s aerial work platform rentals, sales, leasing, parts, training and related programs. He reports to President and CEO Ken Pustizzi who remains chief officer for the company.

“Chris’s ability to manage and motivate people of all levels and his keen insight to our business and our industry qualify him as a high level leader,” Pustizzi said. “He is respected in all industry circles because of his determination and intuitiveness. We are very proud to have him step into this top management role at Trico Lift.”

Pustizzi also announced Mike Timken of Mt. Laurel, N.J., will now serve as chief financial officer of Trico Lift. Timken joined the company in 1997 as controller. He now oversees all finance, credit, accounting, tax, IT, human resource and legal matters.

Timken is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

“These appointments are part of our strategy to position Trico Lift for its projected growth and development,” Pustizzi added. “I’m very confident we have the best candidates to lead us in that direction.”

Trico Lift’s administrative staff is located at the company’s headquarters in Millville, N.J. The company also maintains offices in Cincinnati, Ohio, Beltsville, Md., Gainesville, Va., Marcus Hook, Pa., and South Plainfield, N.J., and employs more than 100 people. Its fleet of nearly 3,000 aerial equipment pieces includes boom lifts, forklifts, scissor lifts, and general rental units such as air compressors, industrial pickup trucks and light towers.
