The Paul Bunyan Show will be held Oct. 2-4, 2026, and is celebrating 20 years at The Guernsey County Fairgrounds. The event will include machines, sawdust and lumberjacks, plus some special surprises to celebrate.
“It's not simply the Association's trade show,” said Jenna Reese, executive director of the Ohio Forestry Association. “The Paul Bunyan Show is a three-day exposition of Ohio's forest products industry.”
The Paul Bunyan Show was started in 1957 and has maintained its dedication to showing the heart and breadth of the industry since its inception.
Roughly 170 exhibitors will showcase their newest products at the Guernsey County Fairgrounds in Old Washington (Cambridge). Many will include live equipment demonstrations.
Husqvarna (Booth #503-506) and Tigercat (Booth #486, 487, 491, 492) are the Paul Bunyan Show's title sponsors. This is Husqvarna's 20th consecutive year as a title sponsor. Husqvarna will offer training throughout the weekend in chainsaw safety; cutting and felling techniques; technical tree climbing; aerial cutting; and hazard cutting.
Tigercat is a longtime exhibitor at the Show, but the Ohio Forestry Association is excited to welcome Tigercat as a first-time title sponsor for 2025.
Other sponsoring exhibitors include, but are not limited to:
• BIK Boom (Booth #601-604)
• Columbus Equipment Company (Booth #404, 405, 411, 412)
• LaRoche Tree Service, Inc. (Booth #438, 445)
• Murphy Tractor (Booth #446, 447, 451)
• Rudd Equipment (Booth #459).
Training and entertainment, including the Great Lakes Timber Show, lumberjack competitions, and more will take place throughout the weekend. Sessions for landowners will meet in the Education Hall. Wood auctions will take place on Sunday at 1:30 p.m., which is an opportunity for the public to buy firewood, sawn lumber and more.
The Paul Bunyan Show is the trade show of the Ohio Forestry Association, whose mission is to support the management of Ohio's forest resources and strengthen member business opportunities in the forest products industry and related enterprises.
