Construction Equipment Guide (CEG) announced that Patti Neeley has joined its sales team, bringing 37 years of sales and marketing experience to the organization.
Neeley will assume responsibility for North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia, succeeding Richard McKeon, who will retire in November 2026 after 38 years with the company.
Based in Charlotte, N.C., Neeley brings a wealth of experience spanning sales, marketing, management and business ownership. Most recently, she served as a franchise owner of Valpak, where she developed strong business relationships and helped companies grow through strategic marketing initiatives. Throughout her career, she has worked across multiple areas of the marketing industry and developed extensive knowledge of both traditional print and digital advertising.
Originally from Maryland, Neeley is familiar with the region she will serve and looks forward to building new relationships throughout her territory while getting to know the businesses and people who make the heavy equipment industry what it is today.
“I'm very excited to join the team at Construction Equipment Guide,” said Neeley. “I've always enjoyed helping businesses grow through effective marketing strategies and building strong, lasting relationships with the people behind those businesses. I believe it's important to truly understand each client's business, their goals and the challenges they face. I'm looking forward to learning even more about the heavy equipment industry so I can better understand my clients' needs and help them achieve success.
“I'm a straightforward person who believes in working hard, following through and delivering on what I promise,” she added. “My goal is to become a trusted resource and partner for the businesses I serve.”
“We welcome Patti to CEG and are excited to have her on board,” said Ted McKeon, president of CEG. “Her experience with sales and relationship building make her a good fit, and we look forward to introducing her to our Southeast customers.”
