Cleveland Brothers Names Heiges Customer Service Agreement Mgr.

Cleveland Brothers has announced the promotion of Greg Heiges to customer service agreement manager based at the Chambers Hill branch in Harrisburg, PA.

Heiges will oversee Cleveland Brothers Monitor Service personnel in the field covering 32 counties in Pennsylvania.

Heiges has been at Cleveland Brothers since 1999 and has previously worked as a product support sales representative offering parts and service to customers in Lancaster and Lebanon counties.

Customer Service Agreements are maintenance plans supported by Cleveland Brothers Monitor Service technicians. Cleveland Brothers has five expanded Monitor Service programs to meet the budget and needs of any contractor.

Service plans include preventative maintenance plans, custom hydraulic service plans, performance analysis plans, a valve adjustment program, and a total maintenance and repair plan.
