Trimble, along with local dealer Precision Laser & Instrument Inc., hosted the 2007 Trimble Construction Boot Camp July 24. The Boot Camp 2007 was developed for Trimble Construction global sales, support and distribution teams to provide this group with hands on training. The camp was then extended to end users on three customer days. Trimble also used the forum to announce 23 new product releases.
The Boot Camp consisted of classroom sessions and real world demonstration time in the dirt, courtesy of the Ohio Operating Engineers’ Training Facility in Miamisburg, Ohio. The event was billed as a field-based, hands-on training event for the construction industry.
