Cowin Equipment Company Inc., based in Birmingham, Ala., recently opened the doors to its brand new branch facility in Pensacola, Fla.

The new building is located next to Interstate 10 and Highway 29 at 7950 Pittman Ave., across Highway 29 from the original Cowin Equipment location this one replaced.

With nearly 20,000 sq. ft. of space, it is twice the size of the original facility and provides a modern and functional working area for the Pensacola staff.

The parts warehouse is sized for future business expansion, and there is ample parking for customers. An EPA-compliant machine wash bay is currently under construction at the rear of the property.
