While many of the bidders stayed indoors to watch the equipment crossing the ramp, several auction attendees elected to watch outside.

Don Smock conducted its 25th annual spring auction at the company's auction complex in Pendleton, Ind., on March 24. The auction drew enthusiastic crowds from Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Illinois while also attracting heavy online bidding as well. Staged in three rings, the auction included excavators, crawler tractors, loader backhoes, scrapers, skid steer loaders, attachments and various types of trucks, including service, utility and vacuum trucks.
