With beavertail and hydraulic rear ramps plus diamond plate steel over the wheels, it is easy to load the rear deck which is 14 by 8.5 ft. (4.3 by 2.6 m). Minimum tie-down time is assured by 24 chain tiedowns built into the framing. Load security is further enhanced by 18 D-rings and 10 pairs of outriggers.
Four main beams with strong lightweight T-1 steel, frame all Dynaweld detachables for stability under heavy loads — even tall, wide or concentrated ones. Decking is a full 2-in. (5.1 cm) solid oak. Lower structure is rust proofed with Ziebart undercoating. Paintable steel is shot blasted, alkaline cleaned, primed and coated with name-brand acrylic enamels. Waterproof modular wiring system has a five-year warranty.
