ESCO has introduced a new tire bead breaker designed specifically for newly redesigned three-piece wheels. The model 10102 provides a solution for the new style of wheels, which have been difficult to service since their introduction last year. The 10102 is the fifth hydraulic bead breaker offered by ESCO and is used to change construction and earth moving tires.
The model 10102 works on all three-piece wheels that replace older five-piece wheels. Designed to work on the front or back of the wheel with no attachments or accessories, the unit clamps easily to the wheel with no setup time. It will break beads on 23.5x25, 26.5x25 and 29.5x25 sized tires mounted on three-piece wheels.
The model 10102 is a larger version of model 10101 bead breaker. It works on all single, two-piece, three piece, truck, agricultural and off highway earthmover tires and rims. The model 10102 also will work on the new heavy duty three-piece rims that have a high thick rim flange.
