Effective immediately, Foley Rents, Foley Incorporated’s CAT Rental Store, has joined Atlas Copco’s extensive network of construction equipment dealers. Headquartered in Piscataway, N.J., Foley Rents will be the exclusive dealer for Atlas Copco’s line of compressors, featuring Cat engines, in the 185 to 375 range.
According to Ed Gudaitis, general manager, Foley Rents, “We decided to carry Atlas Copco’s line of air compressors because, like Cat, they are a global leader and understand our marketplace better than anyone. The Atlas Copco line is a wonderful complement to our current product line. It is a very well known name and its reputation is positive and strong.”
Atlas Copco’s products and services range from compressed air and gas equipment, generators, construction and mining equipment, industrial tools and assembly systems to related aftermarket and rental. While all of the company’s larger air compressor units feature Cat engines, only Caterpillar dealers will be able to obtain the smaller sizes featuring Cat engines.
“Foley brings ’our people’ to the table in this endeavor,” said Ryan Foley, vice president of Foley Rents. “They are our most prized asset in this business. We invest a significant amount of resources to the development of our people at Foley.”
Foley Rents services all of the equipment it carries. Todd Rozar, business development manager, Atlas Copco Construction Equipment, will be conducting sales and service training with Foley employees to review Atlas Copco’s lines of compressors and handheld tools.
“Atlas Copco has the option to integrate Cat engines into their air compressor units, which enables our customers to receive the benefits of Cat’s world class parts and service support. This helps live up to our vision as being the unbeatable business partner to our customers,” Foley pointed out.
