The Nutter Family Foundation celebrated 20 years of big machines, big smiles, and an impact on the community from Oct. 3-5, 2026, at Dozer Days Vancouver in Washington state.
The foundation said it has brought Dozer Day Vancouver to the community, creating an unforgettable experience that brings families, contractors, educators, and the next generation of our workforce together.
Oct. 3's Career Fair was especially exciting, according to the foundation.
High school juniors and seniors were placed in the driver's seat — literally — and given the opportunity to experience the construction industry firsthand.
The foundation said it was impressed seeing how many of these young people were genuinely excited about pursuing careers in the trades. That's what this event is all about: opening their eyes to incredible career opportunities and helping build the workforce of tomorrow.
The next two days brought beautiful weather and thousands of guests through the gates to experience Dozer Day. The sponsors offered hands-on activities, equipment demonstrations, giveaways and experiences that made the weekend unforgettable for kids and families.
