Mike Held, vice president of marketing, human resources and information technology of Foley Inc., the Caterpillar dealer in North Jersey, Staten Island and Bermuda, has promoted Lauren Stanley to marketing associate and has added Josh Hexner as marketing assistant.

Stanley joined Foley in February 2005 as a marketing analyst, where she maintained all marketing databases, developed marketing communications, and assisted with trade shows, customer events and bullet trips among other activities.

In September 2006, Stanley was promoted to the position of marketing coordinator, where she was in charge of developing marketing plans and budgets, creating and implementing advertising plans, and taking the lead on customer and employee events.

As marketing associate, Stanley will expand upon her previous responsibilities as marketing coordinator, as she will manage major customer celebrations for Foley Incorporated’s 50th Anniversary, as well as planning for the construction industry’s national convention; the 2008 ConExpo-Con/AGG. “Lauren did an exceptional job as marketing coordinator which earned her this promotion, and I am confident that her talents and enthusiasm will enable her to successfully implement these events while also leading our day to day marketing activities,” said Held.

Hexner previously worked at Majesco Entertainment Inc. in Edison, N.J., as a quality assurance analyst, where he tested interactive entertainment software, provided customer service and gained experience in managing company data.

As marketing assistant, Hexner will be responsible for marketing databases, communications, tracking business activity, helping with customer events/trade shows and other miscellaneous marketing activities. “Josh is a welcome addition to the marketing department. His background and skill set make him well suited for the marketing assistant position,” Held said.
