Harter Equipment Inc., of Englishtown, NJ, has announced the appointment of John Fowler as inside sales manager, for light equipment.

Fowler, a 10-year construction industry veteran, has extensive turf management experience. In this position, Fowler will be focusing on Harter’s light equipment line, including Kubota, Thomas, Morbark and Rayco, as well as Kubota’s and Kobelco’s mini-excavators.
