Dallas-based Hensley Industries Inc. and Wimmer Hartstahl GmbH & Co KG of Thalgau, Austria, have agreed to enter into an exclusive distribution agreement for Wimmer products for North America.
The products will be branded, marketed and sold under Hensley Industries Inc./Wimmer International. The products marketed will include the complete range of W-Lock quick couplers, hydraulic hammers, mechanical concrete pulverizers, clamshells, tilt buckets and swing attachments, complementing Hensley’s product line of excavator and loader buckets, grapples, thumbs and compactor wheels.
Wimmer Hartstahl makes excavator buckets and hydraulic attachments in Thalgau, Austria, and Montreal, Canada.
