Holt Cat, the Caterpillar dealer for South, Central, North and East Texas, recently named Mark Baker Director of Business Skills Development.
Baker will be responsible for managing core operational business skills in addition to conducting process standardization training.
Before joining HOLT CAT, Baker was a Business Development Associate and also held the position of Instructional Assistant Professor at Illinois State University and Training Facilitator/Executive Coach at Paramount Potentials.
Baker holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and a masters degree in industrial organizational psychology from Illinois State University.
