Holt CAT, the Caterpillar construction equipment and industrial engine dealer for South, Central, North, and Northeast Texas, recently named Noe Cisneros safety and environmental manager.
Cisneros will oversee all internal Holt CAT safety and environmental compliance functions, focusing on the continuous improvement of the company’s safety and OSHA standards.
Cisneros brings more than seven years of general industrial occupational safety and health experience to his new position. Previously, Cisneros was employed as a consultant with The Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission Safety and Health Division, providing consulting services to Texas employers.
A native of El Paso, Cisneros is licensed by the Colorado State Board of Occupational Education as an Occupational Safety and Health Specialist. In addition, Cisneros is a State of Texas Certified Emergency Medical Technician.
Cisneros also is an active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, previously serving as vice-president of the El Paso Del Norte Chapter.
