Link-Belt Cranes, distributor Nixon-Egli Equipment Co. , and John Anglemyer, owner of Azusa, Calif.-based Anglemyer Crane Service announced the purchase of a new 110-ton (100-mt) HTC-86110 telescopic truck crane. Link-Belt Cranes, distributor Mardian Equipment and Dielco Crane Service Inc. of Las Vegas, announced the purchase of four new cranes at ConExpo 2020 — one new 100-ton (90-t) 100|RT rough terrain crane, and two 100-ton (90-t) HTC-86100 telescopic truck cranes.

Bigge Crane and Rigging Co. of San Leandro, Calif., and Link-Belt Cranes announced a purchase agreement at ConExpo 2020 for a package of six Link-Belt telescopic crawler cranes to be delivered in 2020. The package includes 140-ton TCC-1400s and 250-ton TCC-2500s.

Equipment Corporation of America (ECA) has begun distribution of two new drilling rigs introduced to the North American market at ConExpo-Con/AGG 2020 by KLEMM Bohrtechnik. The KR 806-4GM and the KR 801-3GS are the two newest additions to this line of anchor and micropile drilling rigs.

Thompson Pump and Manufacturing Company, a leading manufacturers of heavy-duty portable diesel-powered bypass and dewatering pumps, debuted its 6 in. rotary wellpoint pump (Model: 6RW-DIS-4LE2T-X) at this year's ConExpo-Con/AGG trade show in Las Vegas.

Bomag Americas raised nearly $7,000 during ConExpo-Con/AGG 2020 in Las Vegas, to support Construction Angels, a 501(C)3 non-profit organization. Construction Angels was founded by Kristi Gibbs with the mission of providing immediate financial assistance and grief counseling for the children and spouse of a construction worker fatally wounded on the job site.

JLG Industries Inc. launched its first all-electric Davinci scissor lift – the AE1932. The AE1932 is the first lift in a new category of all-electric lifts for JLG called the Davinci series, a nod to the famous inventor who reasoned that by fully understanding how each part in a machine worked, it could be modified and combined in different ways to advance technology.

Tadano's two new all-terrain cranes -- the ATF-100-4.1 and the ATF-120-5.1 -- combine tried and tested features with innovations. Operating companies, operation planners and operators can still trust in the economical 2-engine concept, the efficient crane control AML-F, the innovative Lift Adjuster, and the unique jib HTLJ – telescopable even under load, one of the options available only from Tadano, according to the manufacturer.

One could argue that the new Tadano GTC-2000 telescopic boom crawler crane anticipated a development: developed and built at Demag in Zweibrücken, it made its concept debut at bauma 2019. Now that Demag is part of the Tadano Group, the crane was relaunched as the Tadano GTC-2000 at ConExpo 2020.

At ConExpo-Con/AGG 2020, Cedarapids, a Terex MPS brand, unveiled its latest crushing and screening solution, the highly portable CRH1113R closed circuit impactor crusher / screen plant. The CRH1113R portable plant features a brand new crusher, screen and feeder, all uniquely designed to maximize production of this machine.

Rough-terrain crane buyers are on the hunt for bigger machines, in the 100-ton and 120-ton classes specifically. Crane manufacturers serving the North American market heard their customers loud and clear, and took advantage of ConExpo 2020 to unveil new models.
