Metso is introducing a unique drag and drop 3D crushing and screening plant configurator that enables professionals in the mining and aggregate industries to design more productive and efficient plants through real-time insights. The design and simulation tool, called My Plant Planner, is available on metso.com and is free for anyone to use.

Metso is introducing the new Nordberg HP900 Series cone crusher for the aggregate and mining markets. The HP900 is an upgrade to the HP800 cone crusher that has more than 175 installations. Approximately 80 percent of the parts are compatible between the two technologies, according to the manufacturer.

Metso has made further investments in the Mesa repair facility in Arizona in order to optimize safety and broaden service capabilities. The facility offers repairs and field services while supporting Metso's Life Cycle Services contracts. Mesa has seen steady growth since the opening in 2015, with 2019 setting a record for safety performance, revenue and profitability.

Metso has signed a service partner agreement with FEMCO Holdings LLC that will provide service support for metal recycling equipment throughout North America. Cape Cod Aggregates Corporation, an aggregate producing company based in Massachusetts, has won a free site audit by Metso's process experts in the SiteBooster campaign raffle organized by Metso in 2019. Cape Cod Aggregates was officially congratulated at ConExpo-Con/AGG 2020.
