Palfinger announced the official appointment of Alberto Cavaggioni as the company's new vice president of sales and service of the North America region, as of March 23, 2020. Cavaggioni will be a member of the Palfinger North America Leadership Team.

Aspen Equipment's Iowa Territory Manager, Tom Nugent, will now be representing the PAL Pro line of mechanic trucks throughout Iowa. Nugent has been selling construction equipment for more than 30 years. "With Tom's unsurpassed industry experience and market knowledge, adding the PAL Pro line just makes sense," said Todd Foster, president of Aspen Equipment.

Palfinger USA LLC has announced the appointment of its newest PAL Pro regional sales manager, Jack Coleman, who will cover the states of Ohio, Indiana, and West Virginia. Coleman brings more than 20 years of experience in the truck equipment industry.

Palfinger's assistance systems MEXT and WEIGH integrate mechanical extensions into the overload protection system and weigh loads directly on the crane to further increase efficiency. Both functions can be easily activated by the crane operator via the radio remote control PALcom P7.

Palfinger announced that its wholly-owned distribution, PalFleet Truck Equipment Company LLC (PalFleet), will discontinue the name PalFleet and will continue operations as Palfinger USA LLC. Following the 2008 acquisition of Omaha Standard LLC, PalFleet formed in 2010 by integrating the Palfinger Group's Tiffin Loader Crane Co.

Omaha Standard Palfinger has released its newest mechanics body, the PAL Pro 20. Accommodating service cranes up to 20,000 ft. lbs. of lifting capacity, the reinforced PAL Pro 20 mechanics body is designed to maximize field performance in both on and off-road applications.

Effective March 31, 2018, Mark Woody – VP Sales and Marketing Americas and president of Palfinger Inc. – will be retiring after 25 years of service. Woody joined Palfinger Inc. in 1993, when the Niagara Falls facility held approximately 11 employees.
