IROCK Crushers recently named Warren CAT as its new dealer serving Oklahoma and Texas. According to IROCK General Manager, Bob Nelson, with 22 facilities located throughout its CAT territory, Warren CAT is well positioned to provide the kind of equipment and product support that IROCK customers depend on.
Warren CAT is the second CAT dealer to take on the IROCK Crushing equipment line.
“CAT dealers make good partners because their sales and service models are complimentary to IROCK’s approach,” said Nelson. He added that IROCK’s use of CAT power means that Warren CAT is suited with the expertise needed to service IROCK machines and with a full inventory of wear parts, they’re well equipped.
“Our passion for this business and respect for our customers leads us to continually look for ways to find “total solutions” for our customers. The IROCK crushers give us another way to be the dealership of choice for our valued customers,” said Warren CAT Rock Crushing and Paving Specialist Bill Reinier.
For Warren CAT, the addition of IROCK crushing equipment is an opportunity to offer solutions to an even wider range of jobsite requirements for their existing customers and new prospects. As the addition of IROCK crushing and screening equipment is Warren CAT’s first venture into aggregate processing equipment, IROCK provided an initial sales and service course and it plans to conduct a follow up course in a few months as well.
IROCK Sales Manager Sean Donaghy made joint sales calls for Warren CAT’s initial sales drive, and according to Donaghy, “They did a nice job of hitting the ground running right out of the gate.” He added that its first two sales were to long time customers of Warren CAT.
Nelson explained the addition of Warren CAT to their dealer network coincided with the introduction of the online parts order feature of their Web site which gives IROCK customers access to ordering 24 hours a day. IROCK customers can speak with a tech support person by phone until 9 p.m. EST throughout the work week.
“Our approach is to provide IROCK customers with a top quality product combined with a level of support to match,” said Nelson.
