Iron Auction Group conducted the complete liquidation of Conder Construction on Dec. 13, 2025, in Lugoff, S.C. Conder Construction, a utility and grading contractor, had been in business for more than 38 years.
The auction featured a large selection of construction equipment, trucks, trailers, support equipment and shop tools and supplies. A total of 540 lots were offered, drawing more than 1,000 registered bidders.
In addition to a strong onsite crowd, online bidders participated through EquipmentFacts and Proxibid, with representation from more than 24 states and Puerto Rico.
