Bauma 2016 saw the debut of the Hydradig, which according to the company is the first true wheeled excavator designed for purpose, from the ground up.
“The vision from the outset of the project was to design and engineer the most innovative solution in response to five key challenges facing customers in today's construction sector,” said Lord Bamford, Chairman of JCB. “ The machine had to be first for visibility, stability, manoeuvrability, mobility and serviceability.”
