J.M. Wood Auction Company held another successful three-day auction at its headquarters in Montgomery, Ala., Sept. 22-24, offering a high-quality selection of construction equipment and trucks to buyers both on site and online.

More than $80 million in equipment rolled across the auction ramp during the three-day event. Featured sellers included Wiregrass Construction, Alabama Power, Georgia Power, Stringfellow Construction, Stewart's Grading and B&G Equipment and Supply.

“It was a great three days of selling,” said Bryant Wood of J.M. Wood. “There seems to be a lot of momentum in large mass earthmoving projects. Articulated trucks, large excavators and dozers were all up.”

J.M. Wood's reputation for offering a strong selection of quality machines continues to attract buyers and prospects to its auctions, both in person and online.

The company's next auction in Montgomery is scheduled for Dec. 2 and 3.
