Justin G. Cline has joined Concrete Strategies as a project manager.

In his new position, Cline prepares estimates for future projects and manages large concrete projects.

His other responsibilities include preparing cost budgets, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, and supervising projects through completion.

Cline is a member of Habitat for Humanity, the Associated General Contractors of St. Louis and the American Society of Concrete Contractors. His major projects include work with Johnson & Johnson and Amcor PET.
