Kobelco America has changed its name to Kobelco Construction Machinery America LLC. The company believes the name change will more clearly reflects its products and services that it provides.
The company’s logo will not change, and the company will continue to trademark the equipment it manufactures as "Kobelco." This name change will not affect ownership of the company, its manufacturing or sales operations. The company’s business, including all dealer agreements and relationships, media relationships and various vendor relationships will continue unaffected.
