The expansion of KOBELCO’s field service team continues to amplify the company’s commitment to the delivery of industry leading customer service. Santos brings with him to KOBELCO more than 25 years of heavy equipment technical support experience.
In his new role, Santos will be responsible for assisting KOBELCO dealers with the company’s full line of excavators including service training and assisting dealer mechanics in his area of responsibility. “I’m ecstatic to be joining this outstanding company and as with most of the KOBELCO team, this industry is my passion,” states Santos. “I am very much looking forward to the challenges and successes of this new position.”
