Lano Equipment welcomed more than 1,200 customers across its three locations during its annual Customer Appreciation Days events.

Held each year as a way to thank customers for their continued partnership and support, the events are designed to bring together contractors, landscapers, municipalities, tree care professionals and property owners for a day focused on education, industry connections and appreciation. Attendees had the opportunity to connect with manufacturers and vendors, participate in hands-on learning opportunities and spend time networking with fellow customers and Lano staff.

At the Anoka and Shakopee locations, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) conducted classes that gave attendees the opportunity to learn best practices for roadside inspections. Customers started the day with coffee and specialty beverages from Tom's Traveling Coffee before enjoying meals prepared by The Pork Chop Guys.

The event also featured a variety of industry vendors and partners, including Dirty Graphix, Felling Trailers, Gerten's, KLC Financial and U.S. Bank.

In addition to vendor displays and networking opportunities, Lano Equipment held prize giveaways throughout the event. Customers had the chance to win items including a Toro 22-in. recycler mower, Eric Clapton concert tickets, Bobcat apparel packages, Nickelodeon Universe passes, a KFAN live in-studio experience and more. In total, 23 customers took home prizes during the event.

"We're grateful for the partnerships we've built over the years, and these events are a great way to spend time with the customers who make what we do possible," said Juston Lano, vice president.
