The Board of Directors of Manitou BF recently reached the unanimous decision to renew the mandate of Mr. Michel Denis as President & CEO of Manitou Group for a further period of 4 years until the Annual General Assembly in 2022 that will approve the financial statements of 2021.

Jacqueline Himsworth, president of the board said, "We wish to thank Michel Denis for the work achieved since his arrival at Manitou in 2014. Over this period, the group has experienced a strengthening of its market position, improved profitability, accelerated innovation and the introduction of many new services.
