Manitou Group continues to strengthen its 31-year partnership with Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wis. Gehl, a Manitou Group brand, has been the official construction equipment of the 4.2-mi. iconic road track since 1989. The Road America operations team used the Gehl and Manitou equipment to maintain the 640-acre track throughout the year.
Manitou North America welcomed National Equipment Dealers LLC to the Manitou dealer network. National Equipment Dealers will offer the full Manitou line of skid loaders, track loaders, articulated loaders and telescopic handlers at 11 locations throughout Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.
Gehl will debut the ALT950 telescopic articulated loader for the first time at National Farm and Machinery show in Louisville, Ky. This full-sized wheel loader adds up to 17 ft. of telescopic lift height and has a tipping capacity of 10,974 lbs. (4,978 kg).
The Manitou Group ended 2019 with a revenue that exceeded the 2 billion euro mark for the first time in its history, while strengthening its global presence and market share, according to Michel Denis, Manitou president and chief executive officer.

The Manitou MTA 12055 Series III telehandler ranks as the heaviest capacity construction telehandler in the product line. This new machine has a maximum lift capacity of 12,000 lbs. (5,443 kg), lift height of 55 ft. 5 in. (16.8 m) and can take 5,500 lbs.
Manitou added a 60-ft. articulated mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) for the United States and Canada. The Manitou ATJ 60 MEWP brings the product lineup to four articulated diesel, two articulated electric and four straight boom diesel models for the North American market.
The team at Manitou North America hosted more than 200 Manitou, Gehl and Mustang by Manitou dealers at its 2019 dealer meeting in Milwaukee, Wis.

Manitou is now offering four straight boom mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) in North America — the Manitou TJ 65, TJ 65+, TJ 80+ and TJ 85. Top features of these new models include smooth platform operation, three steering modes and the ability to make four simultaneous movements.
The Manitou Group, a worldwide leader in rough-terrain handling, is inaugurating its new "Training Center" at its Ancenis site in France. This new structure offers a training environment specifically designed for the machines' clearance that will more effectively address dealers' growing demand for training.
Two new product managers join Manitou Group, supporting one of the broadest equipment ranges in the industry. Aaron Haynes, new global product manager of skid and track loaders, and Ben Williams, North American product marketing manager of industrial and rough terrain forklifts, strengthen the product management team, providing in-depth industry and product expertise for the Manitou, Gehl and Mustang by Manitou brands.
