With record Labor Day attendance of more than 170,000, cumulative attendance for the 2015 Minnesota State Fair was 1.7 million. Attendees were brought together in a huge celebration that is unlike any other experience of the year. The State Fair continues to fill a vital role in educating the public on agriculture, innovation, environment and more, while entertaining audiences with attractions, musical performances, thousands of exhibits and hundreds of food options.

Located in the north part of the fairgrounds, Machinery Hill housed displays of agricultural and industrial equipment and is now home to the Old Iron Show, a display of dozens of antique tractors, and the interactive Little Farm Hands mock farm exhibit.
