Benson brings extensive hands-on industry experience shaped by years working in equipment operations and supporting family-run businesses, where he learned the value of responsive service and customer-first decision making, according to Monroe Tractor. "As a former business owner, Benson understands the day-to-day challenges customers face, and the urgency required when equipment downtime occurs," the company added.

Most recently, Benson served as a product support representative, where he built strong customer relationships and developed practical solutions to support parts and service needs across all makes and models. His ability to understand customer challenges and deliver timely solutions has made him a trusted resource throughout the region, according to Monroe Tractor.

In his new role as service manager, Benson will lead service operations for the Buffalo branch and support Monroe Tractor's western New York customer base. He will focus on strengthening communication, improving response times and delivering consistent, high-quality service that helps customers keep their equipment operating at peak performance.

"I look forward to providing prompt service and clear communication to our customers so that they can minimize downtime when issues arise," said Benson.
