Monroe Tractor announced William "Will" Daley as the new service manager at its Westborough, Mass., branch.

Daley joins Monroe Tractor with extensive experience in the trucking industry, bringing valuable insight and a strong mechanical background that translates seamlessly into the heavy equipment field. His leadership style is hands-on and service-oriented, making him an excellent addition to our team.

"My role as service manager is to be a leader and provide everything our techs and service department need to be successful," Daley said. "I work closely with my foreman to dispatch the right jobs to the right techs to ensure a timely and accurate repair. Most importantly, I want our customers to know we'll do everything we can to make sure their machine is back out there making them money. I have the customer's best interest in mind when it comes to fixing their equipment."

Daley's deep understanding of customer needs and his team-first mindset are exactly what Monroe Tractor looks for in a leader.
