Murphy Tractor and Equipment Co. in Sioux City, Iowa, has added Cole Knapp to its staff as territory sales manager. He will be responsible for heavy equipment sales in an area covering nine counties in northwest Iowa.

Knapp joins Murphy Tractor with several years experience working in an agriculture related business. He said he is eager to transition into the construction business and use his equipment knowledge to serve his construction customers.

Murphy Tractor and Equipment Company Inc., a John Deere construction equipment dealer, is headquartered in Wichita, Kan.

The organization has 16 locations throughout the midwestern states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.
