XL Specialized Trailers announced a principal management change on June 27. Rodney Crim, who has served as one of XL’s regional sales managers since July 2009, has been appointed director of sales.

"The expertise and field experience Rodney brings to this key leadership position will benefit our customers and our company as a whole," said XL’s President and CEO Steve Fairbanks. "I am excited for Rodney to make the transition to this role."

As director of sales, Crim will assume full responsibilities for day-to-day sales and customer service operations and will serve as a key member of the executive team.
