Cleveland Brothers, headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, recently announced the acquisition of the assets of Echo Hydraulics in Camp Hill, PA. This addition elevates the company’s hydraulic and machining capabilities to a level that establishes Cleveland Brothers as a hydraulic and machining vendor in the Northeast.

These hydraulic and machining components will satisfy many industrial and equipment customers’ requirements. The chroming operation has the capacity to chrome 25-in. diameter and up to 36 ft. long, and a grinding capability of 10-in. diameters up to 124 in. long. The pump and motor shop has the capacity to rebuild any brand pump or motor.

The cylinder shop is capable of handling cylinders up to 40 ft. long with honing capability to a 24-in. diameter. The machine shop has the capability of machining very large components. For example, the Summit mill will handle pieces 120-in. diameter, 96-in.high.

Not only do these new components increase Cleveland Brothers in-house qualifications, but these enhancements of hydraulic and machine shop capabilities dovetails with the already established field service expertise, on-site hydraulic repair, line boring and welding.

Acquiring these assets and personnel is another significant step in providing customers the highest possible level of service quality
