Palfinger announced that its wholly-owned distribution, PalFleet Truck Equipment Company LLC (PalFleet), will discontinue the name PalFleet and will continue operations as Palfinger USA LLC.
Following the 2008 acquisition of Omaha Standard LLC, PalFleet formed in 2010 by integrating the Palfinger Group's Tiffin Loader Crane Co. and Omaha Standard Distribution companies. Today, their various locations across the United States offer sales and service support for its present Palfinger product portfolio. The objective is to leverage the strength of the Palfinger name, products, sales and service under one single brand.
While the distribution name is shifting from PalFleet to Palfinger, all core elements will remain unchanged. Palfinger will continue to place emphasis on strong partnerships with its independent distributors.
