Palfinger Simplifies Crane Model Numbers

The simplified naming of Palfinger's cranes aims to better align with the cranes lifting capacities and boom lengths and ultimately makes it easier for Palfinger to do business with its customers. This significant step will further expand Palfinger's presence in the service crane and mechanics truck markets.

  • The PSC 4329 will now be referred to as the PSC 8029 with an 8,000 lb. lifting capacity and 29 ft. boom reach.
  • The PSC 6229 will be referred to as the PSC 10829 with an 10,800 lb. lifting capacity and 29 ft. boom reach.
  • The PSC 7229 will be referred to as the PSC 12529 with a 12,500 lb. lifting capacity and 29ft. boom reach.
  • The PSC 8629 will be referred to as the PSC 14029 with a 14,000 lb. lifting capacity and 29 ft. boom reach.

All crane will be released with the new nomenclature starting the first quarter of 2020.

Palfinger's cranes feature electric/hydraulic and hydraulic models up to 14,000 lbs. capacity. All crane models feature wireless proportional controls, single-weld hexagonal booms and are E-coated for rust protection.

All cranes meet or exceed ASME B30.5 and OSHA 1926.10 standards and are backed by Palfinger's service and support network.
