Pine Bush Equipment held its 4th annual golf tournament May 4 at the Town of Wallkill Golf Club in Middletown, N.Y.

"It was a beautiful day and the event was very successful," said Simra Alfonso, co-chairman OF the event. "All proceeds were donated to the American Cancer Society. We wish to thank everyone who assisted us with this great cause. We at Pine Bush Equipment truly understand the difficulties everyone is facing in this economy and are grateful for any help that we were given. Through the efforts of this event, we were able to raise $7,000 for the American Cancer Society."

According to Carl Sherman, co-chairman of the event and employee of Pine Bush Equipment, "Over the last four years between the efforts of the golf tournament and the Pine Bush Equipment Relay for Life team, we have been able to donate over $50,000 to help fight cancer."
