Quality Equipment & Parts' new Belleview, Fla., location brings full-service sales and support closer to job sites across central Florida.
The facility offers new and used construction equipment sales, expanded machine rentals, comprehensive DEVELON parts inventory and in-house shop and field service.
“The decision to open a new location in Belleview came down to market coverage, customer access to DEVELON machines and a new growth opportunity for our dealership,” said Ryan McKenzie, president of Quality Equipment & Parts Inc. “We saw contractors who needed better access to equipment and dedicated product support, so we wanted to offer DEVELON equipment and back it with the high level of service our customers expect.”
Built On Contractor's Perspective
Founded in 2001 by Randy McKenzie, who continues to serve as CEO and chairman, Quality Equipment started as a direct need for reliable parts and service within the forestry industry. Drawing from his own experience operating a logging business, Randy built Quality Equipment on a simple premise: minimizing contractor downtime.
Approaching its 25th year in business, Quality Equipment remains a family-owned and operated company. Today, the dealership employs roughly 35 team members across both facilities with over half the workforce dedicated specifically to parts and service.
“What sets Quality Equipment apart is that we are a family-owned business at heart, but we have the right people, equipment and infrastructure to support large-scale operations,” said McKenzie. “Our company is founded on service, and one of our key values is providing parts and service after the sale.”
To support that commitment, Quality Equipment maintains a healthy parts inventory on-site and operates a dedicated fleet of five mobile service trucks for rapid field response.

After decades of specializing in forestry, mulching, utility and scrap equipment, Quality Equipment expanded into compact machines in 2020 before joining the DEVELON dealer network in 2025 at its Lake City, Fla., facility. Adding DEVELON's heavy and compact equipment lineup allowed Quality Equipment to enter large-scale construction sales and build out a dedicated construction rental fleet.
