August 31, 2009 - National Edition
Construction Equipment Guide

In order to address cleanup, material handling and snow removal applications, the SweepEx Mega 600 by TrynEx International is built with a 60-in. (152 cm) long mainframe.

Ideal for a wide variety of applications including cleanup of dirt, leaves, snow, material spills, standing water, steel shavings and gravel, the SweepEx Mega Series broom attachment is adaptable to most service vehicles. Mounting kits for forklifts, bucket lips, three-point hitches (class 1 and 2) and skid steer pivots are available to maximize the broom’s versatility.

Designed for high productivity and minimum down time, SweepEx brooms are built with no moving parts, eliminating the cleaning and lubrication of sprockets and bearings typically associated with rotary-style brooms. Brush replacement is quick and easy with the brush section system. By simply detaching the end protectors, the broom’s brush sections are easily replaced, rotated or removed.

The SweepEx broom’s polypropylene brush sections offer both durability and flexibility. The bristle action of the broom minimizes dust and flying debris, protecting the operator, machinery and work environment.

Constructed of industrial steel and protected with a heavy powder-coat finish, the Mega Series includes 11 brush rows for maximum cleaning power. With the ability to attach MegaWing 90 (9-in. [23 cm]) and MegaWing 180 (18-in. [46 cm]) broom extenders to each end of the broom, the Mega 600 can be increased up to 96 in. (244 cm) for the largest applications.

Other SweepEx Mega Series models include the Mega 480 (48-in. [122 cm] mainframe) and Mega 720 (72-in. [183 cm] mainframe).

Optional accessories for all SweepEx models include a magnetic bar, dustmop, edge marker kit and debris containment ends.
