Takeuchi-US has named Dale McLemore to the position of regional business manager for the Southeast territory.
In his new position, McLemore will be responsible for all development and activity in his assigned region. His primary goals include dealer recruitment and dealer development and management, including inventories, forecasting, program promotion, sales planning, goal setting and performance evaluations. In essence, this new position will assist the dealers in attaining their full potential.
In his new position, McLemore brings 20-plus years experience in sales and management of construction related equipment and knows the industry and this territory well. He is a hands-on, solutions oriented manager with a proven track record of developing strong relationships resulting in increased productivity and growth, according to Takeuchi.
