Takeuchi-US announced the appointment of Bill Step to the position of regional business manager of the southwest territory. In his new position, Step will be responsible for all development and activity in his assigned region. His primary goals include dealer recruitment and dealer development and management, including inventories, forecasting, program promotion, sales planning, goal setting and performance evaluations. In essence, this position will assist the dealers in attaining their full potential.
Step has more than 27 years of experience in retail and wholesale equipment sales. During his career he has had the opportunity to work in both the agricultural and construction markets.
