Terex Utilities announced two organizational changes to further underscore the company's commitment to serving customers through the entire life of their equipment. Richard Gunderman has been promoted from director to vice president parts and services, reporting to Clint Weber, vice president and general manager of Terex Utilities. In addition, Nick Cammisa was named to the newly created position of director, service sales, reporting to Gunderman.

"Terex Utilities is devoted to helping fleet managers maintain the best possible up-time of their equipment," said Weber. "Our growing national footprint of service centers allows us to expand our customer support, which is focused on premier service and reduced downtime. Maintaining that level of customer service is due in part to having dedicated personnel with intimate knowledge of the different business challenges faced by small municipalities to large investor owned utilities."

Gunderman has been with the company for more than 18 years, with experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, sales and management.

"Under Richard's leadership, execution of parts and services solutions has improved," said Weber.

In his new role, Gunderman will retain his current responsibilities and will assume service sales and solution development, including alignment with Terex Global Parts and Services activities in telematics, IoT and data analytics.

Cammisa has been with the company for 15 years, most recently as East Regional sales manager. He also has worked as a service supervisor, product manager, branch manager and strategic account manager.

"Nick's experience in both sales and service makes him ideal for leading our service sales organization," said Gunderman.
