Wood’s CRW Corp. now distributes the full line of Terex compact construction equipment to customers in central New York, as well as Terex compact track loaders in Vermont and Northeastern New York counties. The Terex line includes compact track loaders, compact excavators, compact wheel loaders, site dumpers, tractor loader backhoes, light towers, telehandlers, compaction rollers and a tracked utility vehicle.

“We have been an ASV Posi-Trac distributor since 2007 and have been very happy with the machines, and the value they have provided to our customers in Vermont over the last three years,” said Chris Palmer, president of CRW. “This new agreement with Terex [which acquired ASV in 2008] secures that we will continue to offer our dedicated customers in Vermont the best CTL offering in the industry; in addition to broadening our product offering to our valuable New York State customers. The Terex compact equipment group has made great strides in making it easier to work with them, and we feel comfortable continuing this partnership in order to provide our customers with exceptional values.”

“We are excited to welcome CRW to our expanding distribution network of Terex compact equipment distributors in North America,” said Del Carver, area director, North America Compact Equipment. “With their broad reach in Vermont and New York and their solid reputation for product support, we see great opportunity for CRW to introduce new customers to the Terex compact equipment product line.”

Wood’s CRW Corp. was established in 1961 in South Burlington, Vermont and has been doing business as a construction equipment distributor for nearly 50 years. The company moved into the Central Square, N.Y., facility in 2004 and have since expanded the facility by adding four additional acres to support the expanding line.

Wood’s CRW Corp. also offers financing options for its Terex compact equipment line through Terex Financial Services. Terex Financial Services offers a wide range of effective finance and leasing solutions, structured to complement customers’ cash flow and budgets. The Terex Financial Services team assists in all areas of asset management, from the analysis of future equipment values through the disposal of used equipment.
