Trico Lift, an aerial work platform company headquartered in Millville, N.J., recently held an employee appreciation dinner to honor employees for their efforts and to recognize several service milestones.

According to Trico Lift Executive Vice President Chris Carmolingo, the company’s Joe Pustizzi Sr. Service Awards are given for reaching milestone years of service. The award is named after Trico Lift President and CEO Ken Pustizzi’s father who founded the equipment rental company in 1952 from which Trico Lift was formed.

Five year service awards were presented to credit and collections Representative Mary Lou Cuneo, Sales Coordinator Yamira Velez, and Mechanic Bill Warrick. A ten year service award was given to Territory Manager Mike Gruda.

The company’s outstanding achievement award is given to employees who demonstrate the desired attributes of a true Trico Lift team player, according to Carmolingo.

“These are people who have proven to be responsible, honest, balanced, flexible, ambitious, respectful and show a sense of urgency. They have a can-do attitude and are sincere about being a business advocate,” he said. “By exemplifying these desired behaviors, they’re helping us to reach our company vision of being the best aerial work platform provider in the industry.”

Trico Lift outstanding achievement awards went to Marketing Manager Lorrie Adler, Operations Manager Ed Federle and Service Manager Tom Richardson.

Outstanding sales performance awards were given to Mike Gruda and Territory Managers Jim Bruno, Ralph Lobue and Dustin Onulak.

Pustizzi explained, “We have grown our business by always recruiting quality people. We know this is the only way we can reach our vision to be the best aerial work platform provider in the industry.” He added, “And Trico Lift employees are truly the best.”

Recipients were awarded at the March dinner held at the Hotel DuPont in Wilmington, Del. This was the first company-wide event to be held since Trico Lift became a single-purpose company in October 2007. Serving the Mid Atlantic, Midwest and Southwest regions, the company’s expansive fleet and its full array of aerial lift services range from basic unit rentals and sales to corporate equipment fleet leasing and maintenance.
