Baschmann Services Holds Anaconda Open Day Event

Baschmann Services hosted Anaconda Equipment’s Open Day on June 2, 2026, showcasing the latest crushing and screening technology including the first U.S. demo of the I14R impact crusher. The event featured live demos networking and expert insights, drawing contractors recyclers and municipal officials from across New York State.

Contractors, recyclers, municipal officials and aggregate producers from across New York State gathered June 2, 2026, at Baschmann Services Inc. for Anaconda Equipment's Open Day.

The event is designed to showcase the manufacturer's latest crushing and screening technology through live demonstrations and hands-on equipment presentations.

Open Day featured the first U.S. demonstration of Anaconda's new I14R impact crusher, along with machine walk-arounds, product discussions and opportunities for attendees to speak directly with factory representatives and equipment specialists.

Hosted by Baschmann Services and supported by Contractors Sales Co., the event highlighted the long-standing partnership between the companies and provided customers with an opportunity to see equipment operating in real-world conditions. Throughout the day, attendees watched live crushing and screening demonstrations, toured the equipment lineup and learned more about applications in aggregates production, recycling, construction and material processing.

The open house drew a strong turnout from industry professionals representing a wide range of market segments. Attendees helped create a lively atmosphere and provided ample opportunities for networking and discussion. Many attendees commented on the value of seeing the equipment in operation and gaining firsthand insight into the capabilities of Anaconda's newest machines.

In addition to the demonstrations and product presentations, Baschmann provided lunch for all attendees, allowing additional time to connect with industry peers and equipment representatives. Baschmann considered the event a success, citing the strong attendance, positive feedback and level of engagement throughout the day. By the conclusion of the program, attendees left with a greater understanding of the equipment on display and the latest developments from Anaconda, while enjoying a day of education, networking and hospitality.
