Two Metso Distributors in United States Join Forces to Enhance Customer Support

Metso Corp.'s two U.S. distributors, ICM Solutions and Compass Equipment, have merged to enhance customer support and service offerings. The acquisition by ICM expands their distribution territory and provides customers in northern California and Nevada with increased local expertise and aftersales service. The move aims to solidify Metso's presence in the region and ensure a seamless transition for Compass Equipment's customers.

Metso Corp. announced a strategic realignment of its distributor network as two well-established distributors in the U.S. have joined forces.

ICM Solutions' acquisition of Compass Equipment will further strengthen Metso's distribution and service capabilities, providing customers with enhanced local expertise and support.

This acquisition expands ICM's authorized distribution sales and service territory with Metso to include northern California and the entirety of Nevada. The combined operations will serve an expanded territory, ensuring that customers continue to receive products and aftersales service.
