Used Caterpillar D2 LGP Crawler Dozers For Sale

The Caterpillar D2 LGP is a compact crawler dozer designed for grading, site preparation, and light earthmoving in soft or low-ground-pressure conditions. The LGP designation stands for Low Ground Pressure, indicating wider tracks that help reduce soil disturbance and improve flotation on soft terrain. As part of Caterpillar's crawler dozer lineup, the D2 LGP is used in landscaping, utility work, agricultural support, and small construction projects. It combines maneuverability, traction, and dozing capability in a small machine format. The model is commonly referenced for applications requiring controlled blade work and stable performance on sensitive ground surfaces.
